Christos Gkosliopoulos for the blessing of the Nera Pigon Grammou S.A. bottling plant

At the consecration ceremony conducted by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Kastoria, Mr Kallinikos, for the under‑construction water production and bottling plant of Nera Pigon Grammou S.A., which belongs to the “Tsakos” group, the Mayor of Nestorio, Mr Christos Gkoslkiopoulos, was present on Saturday 2 April, accompanied by the Deputy Mayor, Mr Dimitris Bamoulis, and the President of the Municipal Council, Mr Christos Kosmas.
In his brief greeting, the Mayor of Nestorio expressed his joy and satisfaction that the cornerstone has now been laid and that construction works have begun on the largest private investment currently taking place in the municipality, the prefecture and the Region of Western Macedonia.
An investment that raises hopes for the development of the area, which will create a new economic and social reality in the Municipal Unit of Arrenes and throughout the Municipality of Nestorio, and he further stated his confidence that the works will soon be completed so that the plant can commence operation.
Mr Gkoslkiopoulos once again congratulated the contributors, especially Captain Panagiotis Tsako and his collaborators, and wished that this investment would be the beginning of further similar projects in the Municipality of Nestorio, which will build on the comparative advantages of the area.
It is worth noting that the “present” at the consecration ceremony were the Governor of Western Macedonia, Mr Giorgos Kasapidis, the Deputy Governor of Kastoria, Ms Despoina Kozatsani, and the President of the Regional Council, Ms Kalliopi Kyriakidi.
After the consecration ceremony, a meal followed at the Kotylis café, where, due to the Mayor’s other commitments, the Municipality of Nestorio was represented by the President of the Municipal Council, Mr Christos Kosmas.
